Terms of Service

Higher Study Route provides independent research, planning tools and personalised reports for students considering study abroad. We are an information and planning service.

We are not a recruitment agency, immigration adviser, visa consultancy or law firm. We do not lodge applications, we do not represent you before any immigration authority, and we do not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa or residency outcomes.

You must provide accurate name, email and mobile details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

One account per person. Accounts created with false identity details, or shared to resell reports, may be suspended without refund.

Your report is only as accurate as the information you enter. Overstated results, English scores, savings or work experience will produce a plan you cannot execute.

We do not verify your documents. Before applying anywhere, confirm every requirement on the official university and immigration website.

Packages are sold as credits: assessment credits, SOP credits and expert chat credits. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka on the pricing page and are inclusive of any applicable charges shown at checkout.

Payment is made manually via bKash to the number shown at checkout. After you submit your sender number, transaction ID and screenshot, an administrator verifies the payment and releases credits, usually within a few hours.

Credits are tied to your account, are not transferable, and do not expire unless stated on the pricing page. Submitting a false transaction ID is fraud and will result in permanent suspension.

Expert chat provides general guidance based on our research and your profile. It is not legal or migration advice. Response times are best-effort and may be longer on weekends and public holidays.

Do not copy, resell, republish or redistribute reports, guides or SOP content produced by this service.

Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the platform, and do not use it to submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

All guides, report structures, datasets, templates and branding on this site belong to Higher Study Route. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your own report and SOP for your own applications.

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we may suspend it for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. Rules, fees and occupation lists published by governments change frequently, and content may lag behind an official change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for visa refusals, admission rejections, scholarship outcomes, currency movements, travel costs or any indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
